Having qualified as an EMDR clinician and also a certified Yoga Alliance International Yoga Teacher, I have integrated mental health and yoga together in the therapeutic space.
With my own personal and professional experience I have witnessed how we sometimes cannot find the words to explain our distress and often it is the body that speaks for us. This space will give you the space for working with both body and mind.
