This website is aimed at helping you make a decision as to whether I can help you.
There may be occasions when we arrive at a point in our lives where we feel that no one understands, we may feel lonely, stuck over a particular issue or just want to feel better about ourselves without being judged.
My aim in working with you is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your concerns, so that you can make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward, knowing that you are not alone.
As your counsellor I am guided by your needs, sometimes bringing an awareness of past issues whilst remaining focused on the here and now.
This is done in a supportive, encouraging and collaborative environment, as you travel this particular part of your life's journey.
Therapy is offered to Young People (+18 years), adults and groups from a diverse range of backgrounds in a supportive, encouraging, confidential and safe environment.
An initial session is offered, the aim of which is to explore your reasons for seeking counselling.
This gives you the opportunity to ask questions on the way I work and to discuss how you wish to proceed. (Referrals may be made at this stage). Follow on sessions are generally offered after the initial session, on a need by need basis, whether weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Individual therapy – From £55 per 50-minute session (rates will be confirmed during initial session)
